Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines Day! We did Cassi's Party, which was a ton of fun! I made Mrs. Shuck this awesome Treat that looked like a sundae but was made of M&M's and Salt water taffy. They turned out so cute so we made one for our friend Katrina too.

The View

When I stepped outside of Cassi's classroom on Friday I looked across the yard and I could actually see the mountains! I think it's been months since I've seen that view. So I loaded the girls up and took them up to my favorite "thinking" spot. The mountains looked gorgeous from there.

Sportsman Show.

Last weekend was the annual Sportsman and RV show. We go every year and the kids always have a blast. The girls get to fish in a big swimming pool. lol... We always see all kinds of stuff unfortunately this year rick was manning the camera so the shots of the girls with their fish didn't come out but I did get some other shots of the day.

Kylee and Belle

Kylee got Baby Belle from Disneyland. She LOVES this doll and we took these pictures the other day so I though I'd post them for you. She's also wearing her princess dress that Nana Valerie got her for Christmas.

Disneyland with Uncle Ray

My uncle Ray lives in Colorado and we see him every few years. Well he called and said that he and his family were going to be staying at the Disneyland hotel for a week and since we hadn't seen him in about 4 years the girls and I made a trip to see them. When we got there he already had our tickets for Disneyland. I hadn't planned on going into the park because we had just gone a couple weeks before but there was no way I could turn down his generosity. It was raining cats and dogs but we got some ponchos and the girls got to ride the monorail into the park and they had a blast! Emma and Kylee talked Uncle Ray into carrying them through the park. lol...I got to Visit with Sharon who is the sweetest lady I've ever met. Very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Their daughters Toni and Caroline are Beautiful inside and out. It was such a wonderful visit. We spent half the day in the park and then we went back to the hotel, where the kids swam in one of the heated pools lol...yes it was still raining. Then we ate dinner at Goofy's Kitchen. That was Awesome. The kids got pictures with all the characters and the food was amazing. We had a wonderful visit and I think Daddy was very happy to have us home when we came cruising in at midnight. Here are some pictures from our visit.

Words of a Mom

I've been busy, busy, but this was hilarious so I had to post it. I swear I've heard my mom say at least half of these things. Don't forget to scroll down to the bottom and pause the music so you can hear the video.

My Camera has Failed Me.....

Or shall I say I failed my camera. :( My MIL got the girls a ton; and I mean a TON of Hannah Montana hair glitter, makeup and a really cool braid thingy for Christmas so we decided to have a Hannah Montana party. I did all the girls hair and make up and glittered every available portion of their skin. Then I took them to a beautiful spot for some promised pictures. I was so excited that I came straight home to upload them to the computer. I am so disappointed with the pictures. They are blurry and unfocused. Urgh! I hate when that happens. So I checked the lens; it was clean but upon further inspection of my custom settings I found the problem. They were all wrong. Don't ask me how they got that way. I'm sure it has something to do with mischievous little fingers that live in my house. It should be an easy fix except that its been so long since I set them that I can't remember what they were. So until I track down my field guide that I wrote my settings in this is what I have to offer. There are a few of Kylee with Grandpa from his last visit too.
Until Next Time!
